Have you ever heard of or used Microsoft Outlook? Outlook Express? Thunderbird? Apple Mail? If so... great! We use an email solution that can be added to any of these existing applications, meaning that creating email is still as familiar as it has always been. We supply all passwords, usernames and settings for your account and can even set this up on your system if you would like us to!
Our email solutions are for accounts on your domain, e.g. clerk@yourparish.gov.uk - this is the professional option for email, especially in this world of spam mails and messages.
If you are planning on buying a .gov.uk domain from our recommended provider (HCI Data) you will likely be setup with an email address of your choosing. We can still set this up on your computer and actually recommend that HCI Data set this up for you.
