IT Support for Parish Councils
For only £20 per month Interactive Information Services currently helps several Parish Councils with IT support for hardware and software.
- This enables the Parish Clerk to call our office during office hours and we sort out any problem either over the telephone or via LogMeIn
- We can take over the computer from our office and sort out a problem whilst talking to the Clerk on the phone.
- e.g. broadband connection problems
- Printer connection problems
- Emails not sending, not able to open a particular attachment etc.?
- We ensure email accounts are setup correctly and working correctly
- All for a one off payment of £240 + VAT which covers you for assistance of one hour per month for 12 months
Extra Help
For a small additional cost we also offer
- help by converting your files into pdf documents and uploading the information to your current web site.
- Upload Minutes and Agendas on a monthly basis and all the documents that are required to be kept up to date on an annual basis.
- Service provided on an hourly rate basis at our standard hourly rate. Currently £40 per hour plus VAT.
- Make available any forms or Parish Plans for download by the general public via the council's current web site.
- We maintain your Internet Security and ensure that all updates are being carried out on the Windows Operating System.
- Currently Norton Internet Security is provided at £25 + VAT for 12 month licence including automatic updates. This is the minimum essential security software for a council computer.
- When new equipment is required we can recommend what to purchase and for an additional sum at our usual hourly rate
- Also purchase the equipment at a very competitive rate from our suppliers.
